Our Vision

The initial purpose was to find affordable land in Nicaragua to retire. Fortunately, my childhood
friend Alicia, who is a local in Chinandega, greatly facilitated the research and process. The idea
of building a community came to me a few weeks prior to my departure in Nicaragua. Multiple
colleagues, friends and family members were quite curious about my plan. They also started to
inquire about the possibility of purchasing land in Nicaragua at a very affordable price for a
brighter and much warmer future. Our goal is to make this once in a lifetime opportunity
accessible and affordable to all because everyone deserves a chance to achieve and live their
dreams.
